In 2023, Supply Chain Alliance initiated ‘Recruitment 3.0’ with the tagline “Meet The Spotlight.” The students from the Faculty of Business Studies at the University of Dhaka had the opportunity to be recruited as executive members of the club.
BBA 27th and 28th batches were eligible for recruitment, with the 27th batch qualifying for the specialized category, and the 28th batch eligible for the general category. The candidates were offered the chance to join various wings of the club, including:
Team Finance
Team HR and Documentation
Team Logistics
Team Event
Team IT
Team Photo and Videography
Team Communication
Team Creative
Team Public Relations.
Everyone had the opportunity to apply for at least three different wings of their choice, enabling them to embrace their talents and build strong bonds through three qualifying stages.
The first phase of the first round involved individual assessments. Next, there was the FGD (Focused Group Discussion) round, where qualified candidates from the previous round were randomly teamed up to discuss a case and present the best possible solutions.
In the final round, the aspirants underwent an interview session to qualify as executive members of the club. This marked the end of the recruitment session, resulting in the selection of freshers with the finest potential.
