Supply Chain Alliance launched “Recruitment 2.0” with the slogan “Treat your worth” for the students of the Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka. The recruitment was open for two categories: i) General Category for the 27th Batch and ii) Maestro Category for the 26th batch of BBA.
The categories included the following teams:
Team Communication,
Team Creative,
Team IT,
Team Event,
Team Logistics,
Team Photo and Videography,
Team Finance,
Team HR and Documentation, and
Team Public Relations.
Individuals had the chance to join their desired teams, grow themselves, and create a strong network with both students and professionals!
Interested candidates went through three rounds of assessment. In the 1st round, applicants were asked questions to judge their knowledge and capability. The 2nd round involved an individual assessment and a focus group discussion, where they had to solve a given case.
Finally, the shortlisted candidates from the previous rounds were interviewed and evaluated, and they were selected as executives of their allocated teams. With the final selection, the recruitment process came to an end, and the newbies started a great journey with Supply Chain Alliance.
